At Motherly Portraits, we have a deep passion for photography. When my wife Cindy and I discovered that we were expecting our first child, Melody, we were thrilled to capture the beauty of maternity. Cindy felt beautiful and empowered as she posed for these timeless photographs. But when it was time to photograph our second pregnancy with Aria nearly 2 years later, Cindy wasn't so sure about having maternity photos taken. She didn't feel glamorous and wasn't sure that she wanted to document this moment in her life. It wasn't until after Aria was born that she realized the true importance of maternity photography. Maternity photographs give our children a glimpse into a world they will never be able to see for themselves and capture a fleeting moment in a family's history that is to be cherished forever.
Realizing how these momentous occasions in our lives deserve to be captured, Motherly Portraits was born and we look forward to documenting your marvelous journey into Motherhood in our studio!
